Get Your Head In The Clouds

Good morning! How are you all on this glorious Sunday? Are you all done with your Christmas shopping? I still have a few things to shop for of course, and some baking ;) I love this time of year, it's so much fun! I have a new Creative Scrappers sketch for you to try by Nicole Nowosad, and it's a fun one!



Here is what I created, a little different but not much;

 

I've wanted to do this idea for a long time, a layout about me always having my head in the clouds, always daydreaming, creating in my mind. I thought of the saying "Get your head out of the clouds" and thought it would be more appropriate if I switched it around a little ;)

 

 

 

 

 

I really just wanted a dreamy kind of look to it, and I'm usually not a "gold" type of girl, but it's made a come back so I'm trying to embrace it lol! I really do love the whole cardboard corrugated look though, it adds such a nice shabby texture. I dabbed some gold paint onto the clouds just to add a little zing to them.
